During my stay, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. Hotel facilities were top-notch, with convenient parking and reliable transportation. This hotel is located at a very strategic spot - close to the city center and major tourist attractions, while still being in a relatively quiet area. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful during my stay.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel is in the midst of all the action. You're near to local transport and the market place. the rooms are spacious and come with comfortable sofas and mini, bars, offering a much, needed relaxation after a tiring day of exploring the city. the in, room dining is satisfactory with a good variety of dishes.

The maintenance needs to be improved.

They were painting rooms on our floor and the fumes were ultra bad. Lots of dust in our room. Lifts didn't work at night.

Good location, good food in the restaurant, good facilities overall. We had a short but pleasant stay at a good price.

During my recent stay at this hotel over Christmas, I was really impressed by the variety of breakfast options available. There were ample choices in food and the quality was very good. the staff was very courteous and supportive, making the stay even more pleasant. the location of the hotel was also a key factor in my decision to stay here. Despite being located in a busy area, the hotel was situated in a quiet place, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay.

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed. Arrogant staff, dirty room and bathroom, 3 or 4 times blackout per day, no hair dryer (even 4 star hotel!), 2km from Gaht but bad traffic condition that's why we shouldn't walk to Gaht. Hotel staff don't have 'Hospitality'. I never recommend this hotel. 最低のホテルです。4つ星なんて嘘ですよ、料金は高いくせに、設備は最低。いままで世界中でいろんなホテル（ピンキリ）泊まりましたが、その中でも最悪レベルです。フロントのスタッフが特に横柄かつ傲慢でホスピタリティのかけらも持っていない。部屋は汚いし変な匂いがする。バスルームもボロボロ、お湯はとりあえず出ますが。アメニティも揃ってないしドライヤーすらないです。4つ星なのにありえない。頼んだらすぐに持ってきましたけど。1日3ー4回の停電もありました。 ロビーフロアの朝食は貧相で食べる気がしないです。スタッフも接客がなっていない。地下のレストランで夕食をいただきましたが、接客だめ、味は普通、でも高いです。 ガートまで2km程度ですので歩こうとしましたが、バラナシは道路事情が悪すぎて、歩くのは危険なのでリキシャで行きましたが、徒歩圏内で考えるなら、ここに泊まるよりガート周辺に宿泊されることをお勧めします。このホテルは絶対に勧めません！とにかく何もかもが最悪です。

The location is pretty good around 3 km from the Ghats. The staff in the restaurant is very friednly and helpful. Best man in the hote is the porter. A really nice guy who deserves any rupie of a tip.

Absolutely arrogant and incompetent staff at reception. They charge your credit card with € although booking said local currency. Not a major issue if they did not se a conversion rate that is 10% above the official rate. On challenging the staff they claimed that the € on the cc-sleeve is only informational and only rupies were charged. But my online account showed this was alie. WiFi does only work occasionally and is very weak although they charge you for this Room condition is horrible. The toilette is disgustingly dirty. All sealings in the bathroom are mouldy, bed linen dirty and with stains just like the room walls. In summary a horrible lace to avoid!
